The goal of being fit of body and mind is nothing new, but what does it mean to be "fit of heart"? Whenever you are quiet and reflective enough to tap into what’s in your heart, it becomes your compass. It points to everything of significance to you as a leader and a person, now and down the road ahead. Sustainable leadership of others is very much about your ability to inspire them -- and, in the end, inspiration comes from only one place: the heart.

Great Post! The heart is such an important part of leadership. One cannot lead without one, just as one cannot lead with a strong head. The head is what helps you see the big picture, but the heart is what help you percevere when you get stuck.
